About the formulation

B‑vitamins occupy very little volume, so this formula uses glycine instead of rice flour or starch. Glycine is a simple amino acid that provides functional support rather than inert filler.

Silicon dioxide is included in a very small amount to protect the B‑vitamins from oxidation and maintain stability.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Use this to monitor your delivery on the Royal Mail website.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Safe Place Delivery

If you're not available to receive your delivery, you can nominate a safe place for Royal Mail to leave your parcel. Please provide clear instructions at checkout.

Delivery Issues or Damage

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us at hello@fettyl.com and we'll work with Royal Mail to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If your goods arrive damaged or defective, we'll happily exchange the item or offer a full refund. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after 14 working days (UK) or 21 working days (international). We're unable to investigate, issue a refund, or send a replacement until this period has passed — we appreciate your patience.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact Royal Mail directly on 0345 774 0740 before getting in touch with us.

If you miss a delivery, you should receive a card explaining where to collect your parcel. If it isn't collected within the specified timeframe it will be returned to us, and you'll need to pay a new postage charge for redelivery.

Fettyl is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from delayed or failed delivery.

Cancellations & Returns

You have the legal right to cancel your order at any time from the moment of purchase up to 14 days after receiving your goods.

How to return: Email hello@fettyl.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll provide return instructions. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods - 28 days in total from receipt.

Return conditions: Items must be unused and in perfect, saleable condition with original packaging intact. If the original packaging is no longer available, please wrap goods securely to ensure they arrive in their original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for damage caused by insufficient packaging. We recommend using a trackable service or obtaining proof of postage.

We are not obliged to accept returns or refunds after 28 days. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within two working days of receiving the returned goods and may take a further 5-7 working days to appear in your account.

Please note that once an order is placed our processing system may not be able to stop it being dispatched, even if you contact us immediately. We'll be happy to assist with a return once you receive it.

Customs Charges (International Orders)

For all orders delivered outside the UK (excluding USA), import taxes may be applicable and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs rules and thresholds vary by country and Fettyl cannot advise on specific charges. Please contact your local customs authority or postal service for guidance.

If goods are returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, you will receive a refund for the cost of the product only.

Returns

Summary 

You have the legal right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your order and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. 

Once an order has been placed, our processing system means we may not be able to stop it being dispatched, even if you have not received your dispatch confirmation, or you email us to cancel your order immediately, but we will be happy to assist you in returning your order once you have received it.
