      B Complex without B6, B9 & B12 is a powerful, unmethylated formula containing five essential vitamins - B1, B2, B3, B5 and B7, in well-absorbed forms, carefully selected for daily use and broad tolerance.

      It is designed for individuals who prefer to take B9 (folate) and B12 (cobalamin) separately. 

      Additionally, B6 is excluded as it is usually easily obtained from food, and excessive intake can lead to toxicity.

      If you’re looking for a B Complex that includes B9 and B12, consider our B Complex without B6; to ensure maximum bioavailability, we have incorporated the Folate 5-MTHF Calcium form of B9 alongside two synergistic forms of B12: adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin.

       

      Ingredients

      1 capsule per day = 4 months' supply.

      Each capsule contains:

      Glycine 510mg*
      B1 (Thiamine HCl) 25mg
      B2 (Riboflavin) 25mg
      B3 (non-flush Nicotinamide) 25mg
      B5 (Calcium Pantothenate) 25mg
      B7 (Biotin) 50μg
      Silicon Dioxide 1.4mg**
      Capsule shell: vegetable cellulose (HPMC)

      Sourced and manufactured in the UK.

      No GMOs. Vegan. Soy-free. Dairy-free. Gluten-free.

      Contains no known allergens.

      * During manufacture we were able to increase the glycine content from 340mg to 510mg, but is was too late to update the labels as they had already been printed and state 340mg.

      **This is not a filler.
      It is necessary to preserve and stabilise the product, without it B vitamins would oxidise and turn brown very quickly.

      B vitamins take up very little space in a capsule, so a filler is necessary.
      Most brands use inert rice flour or starch.
      We chose glycine.
      We needed to fill the capsule with something and wanted it to provide benefits, not just volume.

      Improved energy after just a few days

      After just a few days, I noticed a gentle lift in energy as I've had more consistent focus and less of the mid-afternoon dip. No wired feeling, which I’ve had with other formulas. It feels like my system can actually use the nutrients without being pushed too hard. I haven't changed anything else in my routine, so I’m confident this product has made a difference

      Great to find a B complex without 6, 9 and 12.

      I’ve been looking forever...

      I’ve been looking forever for a B-Complex that leaves out B6, B9, and B12. I already inject B12 and take folate separately, so I don’t need those in my daily complex, and I wanted to avoid B6 because of the risk of toxicity. This product is exactly what I was hoping for and I feel a noticeable improvement in my energy and concentration.

      So far, so good

      I’ve only taken the B Complex without 6, 9, & 12 for 3 days, but I feel like I have more energy already. I pair it with a non-methylated folinic acid and hydroxocobalamin lozenge. Taking B6 made me toxic in the past, and I can’t tolerate methylated vitamins, so I am so happy that this exists without the high doses of B vitamins.
